Headteachers, Teachers and Governers - Supportin gthe Mission

Home, School and Parish praying together
for the best for our children.

Supporting the mission

Jesus Christ

Please join with the Carmelite nuns in praying for this mission to families.

The Trust endeavours to further the mission of the Catholic Church through spreading the Gospel and promoting a Family Time custom for 21st Century families to come together around the Word of God and in the love of Christ.

The Wednesday Word is not a publishing company with commercial aims. Rather it is a collaborative ‘not-for-profit’ Charitable Trust based at St Austin’s Catholic Church, Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

The current cost of The Wednesday Word leaflet is heavily subsidised through donations. The Trustees endeavour to supply The Wednesday Word Family Time leaflet to schools at the lowest possible cost. They seek to prevent price from being a barrier for schools to spread the Gospel to families in this way.

As the mission expands nationally and the operating costs increase, we are grateful for any donations to support production, operational costs and the further development of this mission to families.

If you would like to share in the work of The Wednesday Word Trust whether prayerfully or financially, or find out more about this mission to families, please email:
